Printing in the best quality is key for us. The book-making process takes time and implies effort and great care, so the final product must live up to the same standard and last forever.
We print professional-quality books on premium paper, with hard covers and excellent binding. The standard book is 30 x 30 cm, but this can vary for special projects.
Tribute Book
It is a book to honor the lives of those who have passed away.
With the honoree’s family and friends, we review their unforgettable lives and learn about their personalities, what they used to like, their achievements, anecdotes, funny stories and unforgettable quotes.
We contact every participant via email directly, asking them several questions in order to create, with their answers, a text full of great memories. When the text is approved by the client, we continue with a custom-made design for each page.
The outcome is a book that keeps the mark made by one person in the lives of their loved ones.
Celebration Book
These books are gifts that cannot be compared with anything else. We make them for birthdays, wedding anniversaries, company farewells, or any special occasion.
With the help of family, friends and every person involved in the surprise, we review the story of the honoree and find memories, anecdotes, funny stories, unforgettable quotes and many shared moments.

Our working process

Meeting with the Project Manager
We have a first meeting with the client, in which he/she tells us all about the honoree and shares some photos with us. Together, we begin to think about the list of people who are going to participate in the book.

Contact the participants
We contact every participant via email, with special questions made for them.

Storytelling
With all the answers, we make a neat and amusing text. When it is approved by the client, an editor checks every detail to avoid any typing error.

Photo scan
At the same time, we ask the client to search for old photos and files that would help us illustrate all the good memories in the book. We scan the ones on paper and collect the digital ones.

Design and printing
Once we have the text and photos all set up, we begin designing each page of the book. After the client’s final approval, the project is ready to print. The printing process takes between 15 and 20 days.
Memoir Book
In these books we help our clients with their personal projects: telling stories about places, families, companies, or their own memoirs. Any story worth telling can become a Filen Book.
In these particular cases, the work process is adapted to the client’s needs and we try to find the best way to make them feel comfortable.
Photo Book
Our photo books are like the old photo albums, but with a modern twist and higher quality.
We receive the photos in digital format or we can digitize those that are on paper, with them we’ll create a book that you won’t get tired of looking at.
These books are ideal for memorable trips, weddings, the first year of your children, a birthday party or for any other special occasion.
A nice way to always have around and on paper all those great moments we don’t want to forget.
